I want to multitask while I go on runs, /improve/. I usually listen to podcasts or audio books, but they're always for entertainment.
Do you guys have any self-improving podcasts/audiobooks that you like to listen to while you work out? Do you think it's better to choose entertainment instead?
Picture completely unrelated.

>>690honestly I think that's pretty useless man, You aren't working out hard enough if you can listen and concentrate on an audiobook with some kind of study material.

>>691>I want to multitask while I go on runs>on runsIt's not useless, simply running doesn't take much mental attention, even if you are going at it hard.

>>692well I think you are doing it wrong.
But you could try to audiobook learning languages when running. thats about the only thing that might be doable.

If there was anything I would recommend to you for improvement, it would be any audiobook by Robert Greene.
A book /improve/ would probably like by him would be his book "Mastery". It talks about the potential we all have to become masters of what we have a passion for. It's pretty down-to-earth on the subject, using various examples in history.
However, running may make you lose focus while listening, and you probably wouldn't digest as much from it. If you can listen to it while running, awesome. If you can't, don't feel too bad.

I love Greene, but I've already read all of his books (except for that one he did with 50 Cent because it just sounded like 48 Laws being rehashed).
I appreciate the responses though!
