When it comes to study, make sure you get breaks, so for example:
>1 hour study10 minute break
>90 minutes study20 minute break
Within those two breaks make sure you reward yourself, whether it's a pat on the back and a "Well done Anon" or something nice like say your favourite sweet. It's important to reward yourself.
When it comes to study, my advice would be for you to just start small and gradually increase. So initially start with 1 study block(Either a 60 minute or 90 minute variation) then after a few days upgrade that block from 60 to 90 or if it was already 90, add in an extra 60 minute block.
So here's an example of how it would look:
>Monday 60 minutes
>Tuesday60 minutes
>Wednesday60 minutes
>Thursday90 minutes
>Friday90 minutes
>Saturday90 minutes
>Sunday90 minutes, 20 minute rest, 60 minutes
>Monday90 minutes, 20 minutes rest, 60 minutes
>Tuesday90 minutes, 20 minutes, 90 minutes
And then on and on, you get the point. By starting small, you insure that the work gets done and by doing said work consistently you're turning it into a habit.
Make sure to rest, sleep well and to reward yourself. Give it time and the initial 60 minutes of study you started with will bloom into 6 hours.
Make sure you set up timetables and keep track of your work.
