1. These things work best when the girl is looking at the camera. You'll also want an image that isn't too cluttered so you have space to add your caption. First pic related.

2. Another option is if the girl is alone and has a dreamy look on her face. This works for thought bubbles (is she fantasizing about her brother/dad/son/goat?) 2nd pic related.

3. With images of multiple people, it works better if everyone's saying something… EXCEPT the guy, if we're supposed to imagine it is the viewer. See pic#3

4. If you have sets of a particular girl, they can be perfect for telling a longer story, such as in pic #4

5. Be creative. Pic5 is a joke, but there's no reason you can't do a sexy vertical comic

1. If you have photoshop or the like, then you don't need to be reading this thread in the first place.

2. You can use Paint, but its functions are very limited. I recommend using an online image editor called Lunapic. It has built-in speech bubbles, among other things, that are easy to insert and alter. I made Pic Related with it just now.

3. If you're using multiple speech bubbles, remember that people left to right and top to bottom.

4. If you're not using speech bubbles, make sure your text has enough contrast with the background colors to be easily read.

5. Use text fonts and colors to reflect the mood. Girly colors and informal fonts work well with a younger or submissive girl. A stark font and strong colors like black and red work well for an older or dominant girl.
