Like anywhere else, it's a mix. Difference being you'll be whiter (locals will assume wealthier whether that's the case or not) and probably taller than the competition, and there's a certain cachet to being a white foreigner whether you're an ugly fucker or not. Plenty of sluts to go around, but they can be a bit on the crazy and/or desperate side. Again, just like anywhere really. I think it's fair to say that religion has a more visible presence in Indonesia than most Westerners will be accustomed to, but a lot of it is only skin deep, and there isn't a lot of depth to the local theology anyway.

tldr if you're white you wont have a problem getting laid, but finding someone worth settling down with will be just as tricky as anywhere else.
