i think you might be spoiling her a bit there OP, you're still her older brother, she should at least respect you a little.

also, if i was in that situation with my sis she'd either just deal with it (angry or not) or try to bribe/make a deal with me so i get out, probably because whenever i'm around her i tend to have a give-0-fucks attitude about what she wants, and she's used to it by then. i DO love her as a brother though, i just dont admit it to her, and i would still agree with what she wants if its really important or if i feel like i should balance out my douchebaggery with some nice stuff.
