American here. Anyone here from Yogja? It was my favorite place when I visited in 2011. I would love to go back sometime. I want to see Komodo Island as well.

My least favorite time was in the more rural areas, like in West Sumatra. I really stood out as the only white person with blonde hair.

im in yogja right now, really hot compared to bandung, i dont get why jogja is your favorite place, surabaya is better for me

I was only in Padang for two days. I didn't do too much in West Sumatra. I know there is so much I didn't get to do. I didn't even go to Bali.

It's my favorite because I did more there than anywhere else. I spent most my time in Jakarta, which means I spent most my time sitting in a taxi watching the crazy traffic.
