1st year of college here, 18 Y.O, not a damn clue about good places and not so good places, but i'm pretty happy studying IT in anon U (not comfortable revealing it yet,but its not any of the ones you listed, though its national and outside of bandung), and i thought you might want to know about my university hunting process.
whats important to me is the jurusan (i'm not sure the what english word for it is, its probably "course", or "major"), get the one you like, its no use going to a great university if you dont study something you dont have a passion for, you'll probably end up transfering to a different course or moving away to another uni.
next, when you figured out which jurusan you have the passion for, find the uni that cater best to it, consult your teachers, if you have any, consult the teachers at your les place (again, no fucking idea what its called in english), you know, like primagama or bintang pelajar n shit like that, at those places YOU DO pay them so you can learn be smart and get accepted at a good college, and they usually have people you can consult for those kind of things, compared to highschool teachers which job is to just make you have good grades and pass UN.
other than that, long wall of shitty advice, i don't think i can help you anymore.
oh, if you want IT, ITS is pretty good.
also, this year (when i was applying for universities), for some god damned reason theres a lot of folks that want to go to IT and competition for a seat at any given university for it is really tight, though i'm not sure about next year. good luck on that
