We didn't. She just disappeared one night. I don't know what happened to her, no one does. She's been missing for ages and there haven't been any real clues to what happened to her, the cops didn't bother investigating anything because they somehow concluded right away that no crime had taken place… I still feel a bit mad at law enforcement in general over that because they literally just gave up on finding her after just a week of asking around town if anyone had seen her. But it was a while ago, and she probably is dead, so it's in the past. I miss her a lot, not just the sex. The worst part is that I feel relieved knowing that she's almost certainly dead, it's sad but everyone dies. The world keeps turning, bubbling, like it always has and always will, history repeating itself, and I know she would hate how things are now… I don't mean Islam in Europe or migrants or the Ukraine's issues or politics at all, just the big picture. Everything is becoming more and more connected and every culture is being lost, every language will be extinct soon except one, and people will have nowhere to go for privacy for any reason. There are no more true forests anywhere in Europe, there are people in every corner of the woods and every island out there is inhabited. Everything is established as fact, there's no more hope in prayer and the idea that there's someplace out there to go to for a new beginning is dead… I doubt she'd be able to handle the way things are now. I do miss the sex a lot though, because every gf I've had since her just isn't the same. I've even tried to find someone like her in terms of personality and physically similar, but it's not the same, it isn't possible to replace someone with a similar person because that person doesn't have the same soul. They could have the same body, the same worldview, the same personality, the same blood — but their soul is still different. You'll never be able to look at each other in the eyes and silently remember the joy of the past, because that person never experienced those joys…

And besides, it's the Romanian police that didn't do their job. The German police tried and presumably still have an open case on her disappearance, but there just isn't much that can be done or leads to be found when the fact is that we lived in a small town in the woods and no one in the town had any reason to do anything to her and she literally disappeared from bed in the middle of the night. Of course I know it sounds like she just left me, but I know she wouldn't have done that and if she did, she wouldn't have done it like that. She wouldn't have left everything behind either, and nothing was missing from the house so a burglary that for became a kidnapping or something doesn't make sense. Of course the police should have looked for fingerprints or hairs that weren't hers or mine and everything but they didn't and it's too late for that by a whole lot of time. I doubt the house is even there anymore, if it is it's obviously gone through a change of residency at least once. The decision that "no crime had happened" was followed by them no longer giving even half a shit.

I'd like Romania a lot more if the language wasn't so shit tier. You guys will probably say French is shit tier too, which I agree with, but Romanian is the literally worst Romance language. It doesn't sound like a Romance language at all. I've watched videos of people speaking Romanian on YouTube and nearly all of it is incomprehensible gibberish that sounds like nothing compared to the other Romance languages. Evidently there are words that can be understood but not even the conversation's subject is clear. Listening to Romanian with the ear for French, it sounds how Danish sounds as English. I have heard so many good things about Romania and the girls sincerely are very beautiful, but still, I would cringe every time I was spoken to.

This is true but objectively French still is better than Romanian because it has many dialects with unique features that enrichen its vocabulary and phonology with new innovations while Romanian only has one influence that has no innovative.
