This is pretty comprehensive. I would remove whiteness (seems to me that honorary whiteness is pretty much just behaving civilized, and the next item on the list covers that), and history, I don't really care what happened in the past as long as the present and future are looking good. I'd rather have a building that is 2 months old with 6 units of aesthetic beauty, 6 units of effectiveness, and 8 units of structural soundness, than a building that is 20 years old with 8 units of aesthetic beauty, 5 units of effectiveness and 5 units of structural soundness. The obscure semi-arbitrary quantification probably does nothing for anyone but me, lol. Anyway, thats not to say the history of an area isnt interesting or enjoyable, it's just not as important to me as the utility. And I would take some focus off of shekels, and put more onto natural beauty. I would also add isolation/fairly dispersed settlements
I grew up in the center of california in a relatively rural area on the coast. Fits all those requirements for sure, except for cost of living, that shit is off the walls. Been trying to find other places that would be cool to live, a lot of places in Washington/the top of Oregon seem good. I also really like parts of Germany, and many of those small towns/mini castles around the Alps would be absolutely beautiful places to live.
