I actually don't know.
I'm not talking about lolis specifically, but porn in general.
"Preparation, publication, and promotion" of porn is illegal, but I'm not sure about possession. See article 6.3:
http://www.citc.gov.sa/English/RulesandSystems/CITCSyste/Documents/LA_004_%20E_%20Anti-Cyber%20Crime%20Law.pdf
However, article 6.1 says "storage of material impinging on public order, religious values, public morals, and privacy", and pornography is agaisnt religious values. However, notice the "and" in there, implying that all 4 must be met for this law to apply.
Also, browsing is probably legal, since citizens are encouraged to report porn sites to the government so they can be blocked. How can you report a site if you can't browse it? And if one wanted to browse porn for their own enjoyment, how can they prove that he wasn't just trying to look up porn sites to report them?
I tried to look up news of anyone being arrested for possessing porn, but all I could find was arrests for child pornography, not regular porn.
So… what do you think?
probably legal to browse and possess porn/2D lolis
