Basically, hisin is a worst president in U.S. history and destroyed America. Zmys took the initiative and he is now the president of USA with Rick as an assistant.

I personally didn't touch any mayorships this iteration, they were first to create those nations so they are the leaders. Basically there are no election system in place so they will be leaders for as long as their towns are not disbanded.

Custom nation names will be allowed after grace. Then you are free to secede and to start a civil war if you want.
