if memory serves correctly those are geovision login panels. worked on these systems for a while, they can be bruteforced. lots of "admin:admin" and "admin:12345" logins. they all also run on EXTREMELY fucked win7 installs, no av (can't have it), no updates (again, can't have), and obviously the geovision software itself is more-often-than-not out of date. the software is all available free online, working on finding vulns in 8.6 as we speak.

oh, almost forgot, the VAST majority of geovision distributors instruct their clients to keep default passwords. easily found on google. obviously not every one will be, but it happens far more than you'd imagine.
