how can i find out more info on the location and personal info once i have a cam's login details? I've seen it mentioned before. (I don't mean ip-locator etc)

look for email settings and look them up in facebook or pipl. Or, look for clues in their login/pass like jcole:hwy14

also, check the wireless settings. Alot of times they will put their WEP/WPA pass as their phone number. Look it up in whitepages or FB
