does anyone know how to clear the logs? i just factory reset the camera in fear

Reboot the device its the only way on most cams.

you have to reboot the camera and close it before it restarts. dont factory reset

Please don't do that. If you would do a factory reset it could reset settings like wifi, adsl, email.
