yeah, just look at how many different ways some verbs inflect http://bin.arnastofnun.is/leit/?q=segja (that's the verb to tell)

Many Icelanders also get irritated when people learning the language switch between english and icelandic when speaking. So I guess we're not very understanding when it comes to foreigners learning the language.
