Thoughts?
Which is the truest school of Islam?
5b2ea6 No.11119
Twelver Shi'a, in my imho.

There is only one way to be Muslim. You follow the 5 pillars of Islam. That's it.
The divisions are either political (Shi'a / Sunni) or theological (various schools of thought). But denominational infighting is a thing for Christians, not us.

cute merfolk.

I dunno, seems really optimistic to pretend there's no denominational infighting in Islam.

I think he means ideally.
Like, obviously there's infighting in Islam, especially between Shi'a and Sunni groups. But there shouldn't be.

Let the Kaffir laugh. The comments show how intelligent they are. I find it interesting how Atheist continually try to oversimplify things and think they are intellectually superior.

The schools of thought are differences in opinion, keyword being opinion. They are all different ways to approach certain things but none of them are wrong.
It reminds me of a hadeith where some people were arguing over the proper way to do something (I forget what it was) so they went and asked the prophet what was correct and he said both ways were correct. I'm pretty sure it's the same concept for the schools of thought.

The schisms are so deep and broken that many are still killing each other over them. I see street preaching Muslims go around calling shia kuffar automatically. Sad

It certainly does not help that shias are helping Butcher al Fassad kill Muslims in Syria. Not saying they are kuffar, but they dont act like they are part of our ummah.

Syria is a Shia country now is it? The rafidi's have shown nothing but animosity towards Muslims everywhere they go, don't know why you'd want to stick up for them.

Calling on intercessors, cursing the companions of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم) and claiming the Quran has been corrupted can nullify your religion. It isn't just the way they behave and are acting today, it also has to do with unauthenticated beliefs.

anyone who advocates letting the ahl as-sunnah die is no brother of mine. What if I turned around and said the people of Bangladesh should be allowed to be slaughtered for forgetting Allah because they live in a secular and socialist country?

We will always be tested with hardships for us to overcome and to remain on Allah's path afterwards. If they've forgotten to follow the correct path that doesn't mean you should abandon them either, instead help them and guide them to correctness.
