Arabs are strictly diferent on each other, you can find Arabs who looks like mediterranean Europeans and you can find Arabs who have Negroid/more dark features to the common.

I think the reason is because the word "Arab" is just an singular of "Non-Judean Semitic" thanks to the Early muslim conquest instead of simply bedounian, and since the middle East is geografically the center of the world is not uncommon that Arabs have racial diversity, the invassions of Greeks, Persians, Nubians, Turks etc, leave their mark in the genetic of the average Arab
