More to the point, I think that's her whole shtick, she's showing the grotesqueness and hypocrisy of the world as she views it. Taking things to the extreme, to the inevitable conclusion. The obscenities are merely the bait, to bring in an audience. The reason people are rubbed the wrong is because she goes counter to the common narratives.
