Not necessarily.
I know one of the first things i did when discovering 8chan is ctrl+f'ing "Israel" in the board index because i was curious if we had one.
I think most Israelis are going to do that.
To be more accurate, I think advertising the board isn't going to increase Israeli traffic, but it will Increase Gentile traffic, and if we have more foreigners than Israelis on the Israeli board it could be a bit awkward.

I personally do, simply because it still has more people. If they were to move to here I'd leave halfchan with no regret or hesitation.

Also there are barely any people on /kcint/ so a kc ban will be a big blow
