It's there, we have an annual gay parade going down on a yearly basis.
You'd find the homosexuals who, ahem, 'stand out' in tel aviv usually.

not my cup of tea, but I know one can get these relatively easily if you know folks.
that's stuff like weed though, wouldn't know much about harder drugs.

I know some neet-ish folks, but generally being a neet isn't really a thing in Israel, especially with conscription and all that.

family values are still there in Israel, most children don't move out before (and even after) getting married, though that's probably more due to the fact that apartments in Israel cost a fortune.

depends on where you look, there are civilized places and shitholes filled with subhuman scum.

Don't know to be honest, it probably exists but i haven't heard much of it.

wouldn't really know who and what.
generally i'd say were not very degenerate, but the interesting thing about Israel is that there are a lot of different regions housing different cultures, standards, socio-economic status and degeneracy, at a relatively short distance (it is a tiny country after all).
so some places will have good, pleasant folks and others will have degenerate assholes.
