Nice image! I like the idea of using foliage for the season we're in (so autumn for the rest of November then change to winter images of Japan come December). Of course, I leave it to others to decide if they like it.

Wasn't there a longer thread with more people posting in it? Or maybe that's a deleted thread from some other Japanese themed 8chan board. So confused. Anyway, what is this "confessing" I see a lot in anime? English voiced language seems to take it out, but much English subtitles anime has people confessing they like someone. Culturally, what is that like in Japan? Do only boys confess? Or do girls who like boys confess to them too?

Why is 8chan in Spanish? :D
>>1040 Hm, yeah it's certainly a popular thing to do in Novels, Anime, Manga etc. and they often really exaggerate it to the point where it's not that natural anymore. However to confess is just a normal things that humans do, so you'll always find people that try to show their feelings in a more direct way and some that try to not say it that straight. If you're speaking about going to some random person you never really spoke before with and confess to them, well I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen in any normal circumstance. But in your example with トラブル, Yuuki and Sairenji first got to know each other. I only read the manga but it was really dragged out in my opinion.

Generally Mexicans will disregard any white race culture, white people will generally disregard Mexican culture. Both will generally disregard black people (African American) culture. Black people and Mexicans think all white people are the same race and didn't come from different locations like Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, Scotland, etc. Not everyone acts like this, but there are a lot of ignorant people that do have contempt for culture.

to explanation you in detail, originally they(people on japan2) were on Japanese thread on 4chan though, but they caused some trouble against other people out there just because they had complaints about Japanese thread's administration for some reasons.
As a result of that, they were kicked out of Japanese thread on 4chan, and hated by Japanese thread's people, but later they created a new Japanese thread on Krautchan for a while though, but they attempted to move out to /japan/ after it was created on 8chan. However, they caused trouble again even on /japan/ and they were banned from /japan/ once. However, they got quite mad at that, at the end they created their own board called /japan2/.

The party's policies are for the labours not for the communists, I think.
Abe and the LDP's economic policy - so called neoliberalism - is making the poor become the poorer, the rich become the richer. And it's getting to the stage the middle class start suffering.
The latest election's voting rate was 52.66%, which was the lowest ever. Honestly I don't know why people throw away their right to vote, and why the majority vote for the LDP.
Japanese economy, as a country, is going down.

So, to our 英語学習者 Japanese friends, I ask: what's the hardest part of learning English? The pronunciation? The grammar? The difference between the definite and indefinite articles? What parts of our bizarre and hectic language are most difficult for you?
Anonymous 12/28/14 (Sun) 09:12:28 No. 1489

まぁ、そもそも英語の発音は日本語の発音から遠過ぎるしね。
自分の場合、発音もさることながら、同義語や似たような意味を持つ単語を使い分けるのが難しく感じるよ。
I think it would depend on the learner though, but as for Japanese people, it's commonly said that English pronunciation would be the hardest part to master.
well, English pronunciation is too far away off Japanese one linguistically in the first place as you know.
as for me, gramatically I find it difficult to use properly the same/similar meaning phrases(synonyms) with slight nuances,
of course, it would go without saying that the pronunciation feels to be hard even to me.

I spent the new year's holidays watching something on TV in kotatsu at ease or I was staying in bed without nothing to do because I felt unwell from the beginning of the new year.
that's why I spent the days in bed.
but Japanese usually celebrate Japanese New Year Holidays with their own family together, eating something good and delicious such as osechi, osekikan(Festive red rice) , omochi, and much more though. those traditional holidays are called Oshougatsu in Japanese.
