>>1457>what's the best way to become a useful member of their society?first and foremost, you have to get a job and work to make a living in Japan,
Next up I think you should accept Japanese culture and tradition and pay respects to those. that's it for this.(or rather it didn't hit on me anymore)
anyway, if you had a job and a good manner, I think Japanese people would accept and welcome you to the society.
>do you guys have any idea what kind of jobs they have to offer for foreigners?in my opinion, I think Japan should employ foreigners speaking their language(s) to cope with foreign tourists who are not so good at Japanese and foreigners who live or stay in Japan, such as at city office, post office, salesclerks and much more because the number of tourists who visit Japan for sightseeing has been increased rapidly in recent years.
providing that you have technical skills, technical knowledge or something, I guess you could make the best of your ability even if you are a foreigner. but I think you would need to have a conversation with each other in Japanese at least, not only in English. therefore I guess you have to learn technical terms in Japanese, if you want to achieve your goal as you are saying.
I'm sorry if this answer couldn't help you solve your problem.
