some think sexualised lolis are fine, some think not. I guess enthusiasts for anime, manga, and sexual doujinshis would tend to be tolerant about it though, but general people could be offended by it.
unfortunately, to be honest I have no idea how many people can accept it.

Only this year was possession of legit child porn made illegal in Japan (I think there's a 1 year period to clear it from your possession).

I'm guessing it's the same way the average American thinks about violent video games. There are people for it, extremists against it, etc. When a shooting happens in America, the blame gets shifted to violent video games. When a sexual assault against a minor happens in Japan, the blame gets shifted to anime/lolita shit.
