I think you don't have to be worried about it because you can find the manga which you desire at most (mega) bookshops in Tokyo providing that the manga are kind of old.
even if you couldn't, you can also order them asking sales clerks.

that's Kuri-Yokan(栗羊羹), a kind of dessert which are made out of red beans, chestnuts, agar and sugar.
as far as I can read, it looks like the text on that pic is written as 飛騨の栗よせ一粒栗入り.
