Censoring in Japan is not due to America.

I do not know if you can take your games with you. Since you own those eroge you could rip a copy and download the files when you are over there (or even download someone else's copy and download when over there).

I think he's more likely to get in to trouble for downloading uncensored pornography than he is to have his bags searched and get in trouble that way. Safest bet would be to keep a digital copy on computer.
