ATTENTION JAPANESE.

We on /gg/ need some help.

So Comcept is making Mighty No. 9, and Dina Karam is the Community Manager. However, she is extremely unprofessional and is treating the community like dirt (pic related).

However, since she is the community manager, none of our emails are getting through (she filters through all of them before they can get to anyone higher up on the totem pole).

But even though she looks through all the e-mail, she may not be looking at the actual mail. The problem is that none of us fluently speak Japanese.

So here's what I'm asking:

Would any of you be willing write a letter about this to Comcept and send it in the mail? If you get through to them, this problem can be dealt with once and for all.

There are still few Japanese in this thread though
but I will want to help you.
However I don't know the e-mail address and What e-mail I should send to Comcept.

I'm not Japanese and my Japanese is far from perfect but I said in a previous thread that I'd be happy to have a crack at translation if something was written up. Offer still stands.

Thank you, friends. I am grateful that you want to help.

The message should explain how Dina is behaving extremely unprofessionally. She has been banning people from the Mighty No. 9 forum (as well as blocking them from the Mighty No. 9 twitter) for no other reason than that these people talk about GamerGate in a positive manner. She has also harassed people on social media while acting as the PR for the Mighty No. 9 project (see the OP image). Dina should either be severely reprimanded and have to make a public apology to all those people she harassed and banned, or she should be removed from her position as community manager entirely.

The Comcept/MN9 email is mightyno9@comcept.jp. However, Dina Karam is bilingual, so if you send an email, she'll read it and delete it.

If we want a chance to succeed, we need to send letters through the post office. Comcept has 2 offices (one is in Osaka, and the other is in Tokyo). She can't work in two places at once, so that's how we can get the message through. Here are the addresses in both romaji and kanji.

‘’’The Osaka Office:’’’
Renaissa Namba Bldg 7F, Minatomachi 2-1-7, Naniwa-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 556-0017 JAPAN
〒556-0017 大阪府大阪市浪速区湊町2-1-7 ルネッサ難波ビル7F

‘’’The Tokyo Office:’’’
Starzen Bldg 10F, 2-4-13, Kounan, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0075 JAPAN
〒108-0075 東京都港区港南2-13-34 NSS-Ⅱビル4F

I would send a letter myself, but I can't send mail internationally without a return address. If I send a letter, I will likely get doxxed.

Also, could either of you translate this post and the opening post in this thread into Japanese? I'd like to post on 4chan's /int/ to help spread the word, but talking about GamerGate there will get you banned. I don't think any of the mods on 4chan speak Japanese, though, so this way we will be able to talk about it freely.

I don't know the range I should translate that though,
but first and foremost. I translated a part of the OP post and this post.

this post is too long, so I will split this post to a few.

訳者さんありがとうございます!

I am using Rikaichan to read your translation. It looks good for the most part.

>ですが、彼女はすべてのメールを見ているにも関わらず、実際にメールを見ることを許可しません。

I do not know if she has permission to look at real mail sent to the company or not. I think she does not look at real mail because she already has her hands full managing the forum and the Mighty No. 9 twitter. I could be wrong, though.

Do Japanese people understand PR? Or do they prefer ピーアール?

If possible, I'd like the romaji converted to katakana (GamerGate -> ゲーマゲート, Dina Karam -> ディーナ・カラム, etc…). This is because I don't want to make the mods suspicious (people get banned for just saying "GamerGate" on 4chan).

Would Japanese speakers be able to understand 八チャンのゲーマゲートのフォーラム in place of /gg/?

>I do not know if she has permission to look at real mail sent to the company or not.

I see. I corrected the sentence into:
ですが、彼女はすべてのメールを見ているにも関わらず、実際にメールを見ることができないかもしれません。
OK?

>Do Japanese people understand PR? Or do they prefer ピーアール?

Yes, we understand PR.
it's usually spelt PR, not ピーアール which is transliterated into katakana.
at least, I've never heard such the word before.

>If possible, I'd like the romaji converted to katakana

OK, I will do it.

>Would Japanese speakers be able to understand 八チャンのゲーマゲートのフォーラム in place of /gg/?

I think so, but 8chan couldn't well-known among most Japanese people on the Internet yet, to begin with.

>八チャンのゲーマゲートのフォーラム

it's fine but I think 8ちゃんのゲーマーゲートフォーラム is better.
I was wondering if I could replace /gg/ with it?

if everything is alright, I will post the corrected Japanese translation later on.

Yes, that's good.

>it's usually spelt PR, not ピーアール which is transliterated into katakana.

Alright. Don't use katakana for that word, then.

>it's fine but I think 8ちゃんのゲーマーゲートフォーラム is better. I was wondering if I could replace /gg/ with it?

Yes. That should work fine.

I'm probably going to make a hand written Japanese language letter about the issue to the best of my ability and then send it via snail mail to them.

There are those nepotism accusations that Dina got the job because her boyfriend worked at Comcept. Based on what we have seen she is ill-suited for the job.

if you do that'd be awesome. I contributed to Mighty No 9 because it looks fun and I liked the people involved, but this whole thing makes them look bad.

I don't think they even know what's happening because this horrible person is in such a position that she can keep them from knowing.

Plus unlike her, they're probably busy doing actual work.
