Someone already translated it. The translation is great, but the book is pretty bad (there were a lot of bad reviews from Japanese readers on Amazon iirc). My gripe with the book is that it contradicts or even ruins Dio (He's supposed to be a heartless, cunning dick). He gets a little emo at times, and the author has to insert the word heaven at least once in every page. It hits some levels of retarded when he talks about his stand. It's more of a shitty fanfiction novel.

If I were Jotaro, I'd burn his journal too for the sake no one would have to read it. The art in the book might be the only good about it (ymmv with the art though).
