I will say Stardust Crusaders didn't have enough of Joseph being Joseph. He could've had some neat fights with Hermit Purple, especially since he can send the ripple through it to attack enemy stand users.

But if you disliked old man Joseph now (and you haven't already read the manga), just wait for part 4.
