I love fried leak. It's got a very full taste. When I make eggs or omlette I fry some leak before on the pan.
What's also great is when you fry a little soy sauce for a second before you add the eggs. The whole egg will have a soy nuance.
Another very basic thing is fried tuna with curry ketchup. Just fry some onions in a pan, add tuna, fry n mash till it's a mass and then add a little curry ketchup (pic related, a common sight in central europe) and mix it. You can make filled pancakes, filled steamed buns, etc.
I really love food but I'm a mediocre cook. But it's ok.
