Normalfags are boring idiots who form their opinions based on what other people think of them. They use the internet not to have fun or to exchange thoughts and ideas about topics that interest them, but to gain the attention of their peers. This is why you will usually not find them on anonymous messageboards.
Mind that you can have a job, and even a girlfriend, without being a normalfag.
