Tales of discussion always brings things to life, so what do you think of this franchise?

Which have you played so far and what is your favourite?

I put Tales of Abyss on hold for a while to start some other games but I was thinking of going back to it though I'm tempted to start a new game but I hate all the back tracking. I know I've missed a few side quests but I don't think they were that important, I got Guy's and Luke's Artes.

The Tales series is easily my favorite series out there. Tales of Graces is definitely one of my favorite games ever, but I have also played through Abyss, Xillia, Xillia 2, and Symphonia. Currently, I'm playing Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, and I'm loving every second of it! I'm still trying to get my hands on a copy of Phantasia, though…

Been playing co-op Graces f with a friend. I really enjoy playing as Malik, his AOE is SICK.

Really disappointed in Xillia 2 and Hearts R eng version. It's like they didn't really try.

I am looking forward to Zestiria, but it's too bad you can't customize your A-artes in this one either.

In the end I decided to stick with my current save, I'm currently going around doing the Passage rings and found it pretty easy to come back to. Unfortunately its the 3DS version, it doesn't really feel that comfortable and it has noticable jaggies but at least it gave PAL countries a chance to play it. Tear is really growing on me, I can see why she is a favourite.

Graces f was my introduction and it was very satisfying to get the Platinum trophy. I've never played Symphonia, waiting for the HD collection to go cheap.

Vesperia PS3 was my first (and only) untranslated game, I played a bit of it and it looked rather promising.

I played phantasia on a SNES emulator but I haven't been able to get into any Tales of game since, they all feel bush league compared to Phantasia.

Played Graces f, Xillia, Xillia 2. Abyss has been ordered and is on its way. Thinking of getting Symphonia Chronicles after Abyss, but I've got other JRPGs in my list to play as well.

Order of preference thus far: Xillia, Xillia 2, Graces f.

Finally got the Platinum for Xillia, the last few trophies felt like a real chore but having to do both characters wasn't too bad.

I found Graces f more enjoyable, story wise it was a bit lacking but the main game flowed better and I enjoyed all the side stuff more than what Xillia had to offer.

Hope you enjoy Abyss, I still need to finish it.
