Been playing some R-Type myself. The final boss is really quite challenging. Unlike the rest of the game, there really is no easy "solution" to defeating it. You've really got to get in the zone.

What's the difference between the Tag Tournament games and regular Tekken?

Rage triggers a fuckton, and will mess you up if your aren't paying attention. It also makes matches end really quick.

I'm kinda stuck in between games right now. I still need to finish Deus Ex but I'm watching the Tree of Savior beta streams and just started replaying Oracle of Seasons on emulator.

Yup. It's touted as a spiritual successor to RO so if you didn't play that it's probably not very exciting.

File: 1439357181912.png (2.32 MB, 256x224, 8:7, Super Metroid Draygon spee….png)

Been getting back into Super Metroid speed running since I managed to get SNES emulation working on my 3DS a couple days ago. Already thinking about how to beat my old time (0:47). Only problem is I'm having trouble doing short speed booster charges in Draygon's chamber. I've got the step timing for the charging down but I end up failing to duck before I hit the wall for some reason. I'm wondering if there might be some input lag on this because this is usually not a problem for me.

And let me just say Nintendo's clicky handheld D-pads are fucking awesome for wall jumping. I always suspected they would be but it's nice to finally confirm it. Never accidentally bump a diagonal and ruin your somersault again! It's a shame to ergonomics between the D-pad and L button are so awful though. I've had to switch my usual Run button from L to R to avoid cramps.

I guess I had just forgotten the timing on my first run. No input lag.

>Tales of Maj'Eyal

I've been playing with a Shaloren Doombringer. I can get to lvl20 with the 2nd tier dungeons cleared but I keep dying on Dreadfell. Any tips?

What kind of RPG is this?

>Tales of Maj’Eyal (ToME) is a free, open source roguelike RPG, featuring tactical turn-based combat and advanced character building.

It's a roguelike

I wish I would've realized that before I bought it on Steam. Fortunately it was on sale for like $2 and the game is totally worth that (and more). I still don't know what's included in the donator extras.

>Eye of the Beholder

It's an old-school dungeon crawl with mazes, monsters, puzzles and traps. It uses 2nd edition AD&D rules and the Forgotten Realms setting.

Pic related is my party.

 No.295

Basically the same ruleset as in Baldur's Gate. Just search "Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd edition rules" on startpage if you are genuinely interested for some reason.

Senran Kagura 2

Solid Beat-em-up on the 3DS, and a sequel to the arcade-style beat-em-up Senran Kagura Burst, also on the 3DS.

I won't lie, outrage culture claiming this game promotes Rape Culture led me to it, but I found great music and fun gameplay around characters that actually feel more real than anything larger markets have right now.

Been losing my mind lately and seriously thinking I can beat the arcade version of Gradius III. Dealing with the fire stage and the cube rush consistently are the biggest problems.

playin factorio again. its my preferred autism game because it was built for automation, rather than having the be modded in and only kinda halfway work.

shits cheap to make and it satisfies my autism to build turret systems like that

You could just have robots move the ammo between them you know. At least keep the ammo on one side of the belts, sheesh.

 No.627

the shit is dirt cheap, its not like it makes that much of a difference in my iron expenditure. that was also before i had robots, but ive moved on to laser turrets anyway.
