Nearly all have except for very late Russian T-72s and T-80s, along with the M1 and other very late NATO tanks, T-64s have seen some large scale combat in Ukraine but not like other cold war tanks, although in fact most have been deployed and have seen combat in larger numbers than WW2 tanks.

M47s, M48s, M60s, T-55s, T-62s, export T-72s, and Centurions have all seen fucktons of combat

There are tons of examples of Iraqi T-55s and T-62s facing against mainly Iranian M48 and M60 Pattons with multiple battles that have gone in the favor of either side

For the pogram's project, we can use shit like GitHub with [spoilers]GitExtensions, I know it's shit, but at least it's pretty user friendly[/spoilers] since it's free as for public repos. Like that people can fork the project and work on their own then make pull requests that would be reviews by other anons before merging it into the main branch.

When it comes to the programming aspect you can either use Renpy which is a VN making program or Game Maker, which has several text system engines built for it already.

I know how to use Game Maker, so I could definitely help with the programming aspect. Also I know actual programming stuff (C++) so I could probably do a lot of the programming assuming you guys know what you want.

yeah that's fine. If you're going for absolutely pure VN I'd suggest looking at RenPy. I've never used it before, but I'm 99% sure you can use it without knowing anything about programming.

If you want to add anything else though, then Game Maker is your jam. Also forgot to mention, I have a legit copy of GM Studio, and I think I have the HTML 5 extension for it. Any other extensions cost money, and we'd have to add stuff on the programming end to make it work on iphone/android.
