And I don't need to compare anything, this is basic camouflage theory. Did you even sketch out your pattern or anticipate how it would look before painting the rifle? Did you visualise how it would look at range, or even go check it in multiple situations to see how well it blends?

Camo is not fashion, it's art, and it's the art of subterfuge.

The point of camo is to not only blend in, but to disrupt your outline. Stripes only do that in one direction, therefore you did a half assed job.
