This will allow you to purchase an unlimited amount of firearms in that category with no prior approval. Distribute these when SHTF.

However, there is always the eastern black market. Since we still have open borders you could just drive to a Polish "antique" show, buy a nugget with some ammo and drive home without anyone ever knowing. However, you can always join a hunting club. All you need to do is join the club, do the theoretical and practical tests and get your weapon. Membership doesn't cost much either, and it can be really fun to sit in your Hochsitz, watching nature and drinking beer with friends afterwards. Some of my friends are hunters, they always bring their weapons magazines (not the bullet holding kind) to work and drool over the expensive shit.

Well here's the thing, bolt action designs are surprisingly hard to make at home and it would be much less effective then a Luty SMG because it is very hard to rifle your own barrel at home, so compared to a SMG you get (pretty much) the same accuracy, much lower fire rate and a more complex design which could lead to failure more often.

Oh, and to top it off it's pretty difficult to make a homemade gun withstand the power of a rifle round.

For whatever it's worth anybody can roll basic paper cannons. I've looked into the methods people use and clearly the major disadvantage is time and effort spent making these things. But I've looked into this and found a faster way; infact instead of making one in 24 hours, one can make these in less than 20 minutes with no special equipment - and it's going to be about as strong. Blackpowder is of course always a problem, but matches and rockets are acceptable sources. It isn't ideal, but it's still an option. There's some clear advantages these paper cannons have - basically the same as 3d printed weapons. While the paper cannon does lack the firepower of something like Defense Distributed's liberator, it compensates by being actually disposable.

Obviously not everybody's okay with firing such things out of their bare hands. For this reason getting a proper size quick release steel picatinny rail or handguard and putting a steel bolt through it's back is an option. For additional comfyness use something like T-Grip Vertical Forend Grip and electrical firing mechanism in place of the flashlight.

So it would only make sense if sulfur was one of those products. If you mean seperating chemicals out of products, then I'd say that's problematic aswell. That compared to the okay sensitivity of BP (basically anything under a lightning strike doesn't ignite it, since carbon conducts well) and even better stability of smokeless makes flash powder a pretty bad idea.

Also the bigger the quantity of flash powder (as needed for any kind of real world insurgency usage) is generally a really bad idea unless you absolutely know what you are doing.

I just don't see how they could block it (short of anti-drone missiles) as there are multiple ways to control them. They could jam the primary RC frequencies (2.4ghz, 72mhz, the ham bands etc) however someone with good knowledge of radio transmission could switch to another frequency band. Further you don't even need direct control as you would pre-program the entire flight in the autopilot. A lot of the autopilots will allow you to use GLONAS instead of GPS now, so even if they shut off GPS or blacked out an area you still have GLONAS for backup.
