914083 No.335900

I didn't see a thread on this here so I'll make one now.

On January 16th John Lang, an activist critical of police tactics in Fresno, California, was stabbed to death and burned in his home. The day this happened he put out a call for help begging any legal gun owner in the area to spend the night at his home to protect him from his killers.

Firstly, why did no one respond? There must be at least a few /k/omrades in Fresno. Maybe it wasn't sufficiently advertised but even though I live in the midwest I feel like a ball was dropped.

Secondly, scenario time. You have good reason to believe that a local sheriff and his cadre of corrupt deputards are going to kill a man in or near your community. His only hope is you and whatever team of crack commandos and soldiers of fortune you can assemble in a span of 24 hours. How do you defend a residence from hostile invasion when calling the cops will only make things worse? You will need to contend with the following:

-Thermal imaging cameras

-Audio bugs and hidden cameras inside the home

-Surveillance patrols and stakeout cars

-Multiple intruders with access to body armor and SMGs

-Cali gun laws

-Hostile LE and local news media

Remember that even with video surveillance of the residence and surrounding area LE broke into the home at least twice before the murder so they may have access to alternate entry points.

Give us your plan to keep the client alive and preferably catch or kill the intruders in the act.

Doesn't matter nigger, they're the "law" and they have qualified immunity.

Even if you had legitimate gripe, the second you kill a cop…your ass is grass.

>Shades of Dorner

914083 No.335910

I'm not hearing plots. Think of this as a home invasion scenario. How do you defend the home of a client?

Only niggers think that way.

e8f03e No.335912

>Firstly, why did no one respond?

To be blunt the guy sounded kind of nuts. It's horrible what happened to him but most people would make that same initial assumption.

You make it as public as possible. Livestreams, footage being recorded and stored off-site, everything. The best protection is making it suicide to actually do it. Have /k/ommandos armed and ready at every possible point so no matter what happens, it is as legal as possible in the eyes of sheep.

>>335912

When you look into it, it looks like he was pretty sane and the pigs really did kill him.

Probably because it's on fucking facebook.

Sounds sketchy as fuck.

I'd expect to get robbed more than anything.

This. Also if you can you should try to leave the area. Go to a friends house or a hotel or even just keep driving until you reach another state.

4adb64 No.335919

Why didn't he own a gun himself? I'm assuming since he was Californian he was antigun right up to the point where he realized the police might not be the ones he wants protecting him, and even then rather than mustering up some personal responsibility and checking out armslist he begs other people to save him

Also, pic related. Or the FPD killed him, or he bought some weed or crack with Pedro and Jamal, and he didn't paid his shit at schedule.

In Ohio, the use of deadly force is permissible in any location and time in which you are legally permitted to be, and have not been restricted from. Basically, as long as you are not trespassing or otherwise violating the law by being armed in any location, you're as good as gold. Especially in your own home, vehicle, or even a fucking pup tent in the middle of a state park.

I once spoke with a fellow who had successfully sued the LAPD for a few million dollars, and all they had done was trash his house (while on hidden camera) for shits and giggles. My advice to him was to get the fuck out of California, if not the whole United States. Wish I could remember his name to see if he popped up in a "died in ridiculous circumstances" case.

6cc947 No.335937

An issue with that is them taking the client out in transit. As much as possible, you want him behind as many civilians as possible with the only way to him being brute force that they cannot possibly explain, even to bootlickers.

>>335935

Only niggers don't see the bigger picture.

What if the cops just paid some gangbangers to do the dirty job in exchange of some goodies from the evidenve box (drugs, money, guns, etc.)?

If they're crooked cops, I don't think they have any qualms to ask some favors to the local gang.

Also

>>335918

>just keep driving until you reach another state.

If they're willing to using their badges and their authority to murder a man, I really doubt they'd care for something like that. They could just hunt him in plainclothes and gun him down, plant him some drugs and a Hi-Point, and call it a day, they were trying to nab some dealer but they had to resort to deadly force -the perfect crime.

841925 No.335945

>>335939

>There have been several cases of people shooting swat officers during no knock raids and getting away with

There have been a very lucky few, that doesn't mean the same outcome in every case, or even in most cases.

>you are actually legally justified to fight back in that situation

This means nothing, plenty of people have shot or killed police in self-defense only to be convicted. It depends entirely on the judge.

Even if you do make it past the "self-defense" gauntlet, you have to make it past the "premeditated" gauntlet, where the State is going to claim you knew in advance and where readily waiting to kill sworn LEO for the sake of killing them.

>unless you live in a statist hell like NY/CA where you'd be prosecuted anyway

The OP was referencing an event that occurred in Fresno.

>>335937

Then you must be the niggest nig in all niggerdom.

>>335943

>What if the cops just paid some gangbangers to do the dirty job in exchange of some goodies from the evidenve box (drugs, money, guns, etc.)?

It wouldn't even have to be that, if it's known bangers or even someone they use as a CI, all they have to do is promise protection.

>If they're crooked cops, I don't think they have any qualms to ask some favors to the local gang.

It's Cali, there is a good chance some of the cops are gang members.

6cc947 No.335946

You still have everything on tape and have a case of gangs going after a guy looking to take down corrupt pigs.

6cc947 No.335947

Then you only have an issue in the most slobbery of bootlickers when you are being tried for protecting yourself from cops.

Only someone retarded would actually have the retardation to say "why didn't you call the cops?".

If you're going to go about whacking corrupt officials, why would you do it on their terms? You'd be better off going all "Man on Fire".

That reminds me, we had a cop killed here a few years back. He was ambushed on an off ramp. Wasn't even daylight yet, branch was lying across the ramp, he got out of the cruiser to move it, and someone cut him down with #00 from the nearby treeline. To this day, they don't have a clue on who or why.

I always suspected it was an internal thing, the department tying up a liability/loose end, but it could have been someone on the outside with a beef.

3c063a No.335959

>Maybe it wasn't sufficiently advertised but even though I live in the midwest I feel like a ball was dropped.

Did you see it in your Facebook feed? Neither did anyone else.

>You have good reason to believe that a local sheriff and his cadre of corrupt deputards are going to kill a man in or near your community.

>Implying

Maybe the chief of city police, but Sheriff Mims is beloved by basically everyone. Super patriotic, progun as fuck, shall issue ccw, ENCOURAGES residents to get a ccw. Whenever anything about the police comes up in a news article or talk radio about police in Fresno it's always, "I don't mean to slam this down on the sheriff, god no. Fuck the city council tho."

Based on this >>335929 it seems more like local collusion anyways, maybe even individual glorified gangsters that never left their roots, wearing blue and a badge. I don't know how these very specifically mentioned persons outside the department were mentioned otherwise.

6cc947 No.335961

>>335954

It's not about whacking them. It's about making it as clear as possible that those being targeted are being so because they are against the police on very justified grounds. You shift the ground from being in their favor, to neutral or yours.

Actively hunting corrupt officials is a totally different ballgame.

Nah, geographically speaking California is pretty progun. It's when you get into population and districts for representatives that we get fucked making laws for the whole state. For the most part, it's just the coastal city shitholes that are full of antis. North CA, South CA, and the central valley are all pretty lax about guns. Nobody gives a shit besides the occasional college student.

Qualified immunity means they have to be on the job doing a valid arrest.

It all goes out the window the fucking SECOND they are operating outside the law in a way that a reasonable person should know is illegal.
