Reposting from the /int/ thread in case it gets deleted.
8chan is facing a crisis. What we thought we had escaped when we left cuckchan has reared its ugly head once more in our bastion of free speech. At /pol/, /v/, and /a/, the most important boards of the site, hotpocketry has increased to monumental levels, worstposting reigns king and the alternatives are left to scrounge for crumbs at the bottom of the board list.
Moreover, these boards aren't exactly very approving of /int/. We're going to need strong allies who subscribe to our ideals in order to survive the coming battles. Luckily, true alternatives have made themselves known, in the forms of /am/, /liberty/, and /vvv/. Of course, we have our brothers at /sp/ and /bane/, and our colony at /r9k/ as well. These boards will form the ultimate alliance, the United Boards of Freedom.
Our enemies are /pol/, /v/, and /a/. Our allies are /sp/, /bane/, /am/, /vvv/, /liberty/, and /r9k/, although we haven't revealed our plans to any of them yet, the three upstart boards will no doubt support our glorious crusade as they have much to gain. The plan is as follows…

We target specific threads on /pol/, /v/, and /a/ in order to bring out the wrath of the mods. Once we turn them on their own userbase, delete posts en masse and start banning whoever they deem suspicious, we will flood the front page with links to the superior boards. In order to bring out the worst in the mods, we're going to need to utilize whatever triggers them, and we need some subtlety.
As we are relatively experienced with what triggers /pol/, it won't be too difficult. Saying shit like "Jews aren't so bad" or posting epic memes usually gets them going. However, spamming the front page with threads is just foolhardy, we need to craft prime bait in their more isolated communities. We've done this before with great success. If anyone browses /pol/ and knows of good targets, please inform me.
/v/ has quite a number of triggers, one being console wars. I believe Mark has other triggers, we'll have to do some research. On the Day of Rekt-oning we'll have to infiltrate their threads and spread the word of Mark's faggotry.
/a/ is a whole different beast, as they are elitist to the core and support the mods as far as I know. If anyone knows what triggers them, or any other ideas to defeating them, speak up now.

Next comes activity. We're going to need to make these boards look very active in order to reel in users, as well as propel them to the Top 25. We have experience doing this with /r9k/, so its nothing new to the holy /int/erium.
We're also going to need some dedicated Hola posters, using those proxies to inflate numbers while doubling up on actually /int/ users joining in on conversation. If you know anything about anime, vidya, politics etc… you should be discussing them on the front pages of /am/vvv/liberty/ feverishly and if you don't, you should be participating in the infiltration raids or else you should be Hola spamming at the bottom of the catalog

I will alert the owners/users of these boards of what is to come, and if we can utilize their userbase as well as our own, the operation should go without a hitch. It's going to be a game of numbers and attrition, it will be a long and difficult fight but if we succeed, 8chan will be changed (and saved) forever.
WHEN
The best possible date would probably be next Saturday morning up until night. If anyone has ideas or qualms with this, please say so. It should be the perfect time as the most users will be active. We must prepare our bait, our shitposts, our proxies and our images ahead of time. On top of that, we will have to conduct research into what makes these boards tick in order to make optimal gains.

As it is /int/ tradition, we're going to need a codename. My suggestion:
OPERATION RISING FIRE

If we are truly a faction that is fighting for freedom, the first step is surrounding ourselves with allies sympathetic to our cause. If we succeed in this operation, 8chan has a higher likelihood of being saved. /int/ has a higher likelihood of being saved.
We must gather the full might of our numbers and strike fiercely. It won't be easy, but we have been through many battles before and this won't be the last. I trust in you all because I know firsthand how vigorous your spirits are, how righteous your hearts are. We can do this, guys, we can save 8chan and /int/, one step at a time.

I think fireyfellow agrees with us. I think it'd just a question of wether his free speech policy overruled his non-interference policy. Which of those boards are run by/given to his friends?
