Put yourself into situations that would normally make you feel angry and hateful and practice feeling love instead. This is very easy and risk-free to do on the internet, just find a thread full of tumblr screenshots and photos of fat people or something. This is a good way to practice developing patience and forgiveness from the comfort of your own home, but the real test is doing it IRL with "real" people you find frustrating.
