I thought a food thread would be nice. Food is /kind/, right?

What are some good things to mix in with grapefruit juice? It's really shitty on its own.

 No.27282

I rather like grapefruit juice. It's exceptionally good for you, provided it's the real deal. You could blend it with a couple of apples, I suppose. Maybe balance out the tang.

sugar pretty much lol

How about milk and a little honey, then toss it in a blender for a smoothie?

The excessively pink, women's health sites I get when I google "grapefruit juice smoothie" suggest the following combinations:

-Grapefruit, papaya, mint and lime

-Grapefruit, strawberries, banana and mango

-Carrot, grapefruit, orange juice and ginger

-Grapefruit, coconut water, frozen strawberries and frozen raspberries

They sound good, but kind of hard as tits to make. Try leaving out an ingredient or two, I guess.

Here's some OC too, it's two kinds of food that I like to make. It's cheese-filled baguette with basil and a little garlic powder, and a pasta with chunks of eggplant and some parmesan. I do not eat healthy, and I think my vitamin supplements are keeping me alive.

I disagree.

Sriracha rice and turkey for my work lunches. Last break so this is the rest.

I'm sure it tastes better than it looks, friend

I'm going to take this opportunity to shill Brunswick Stew. Comes from southern Georgia where I grew up, and for some reason no one I've talked to not from Georgia seems to have heard of it. Takes a few days to a week to make properly and while the wiki page says it uses squirrel meat my dad always used smoked pork and beef. Shit's delicious with a few shots of good hot sauce.

Please friend Fredrick, repair the website

Maybe the image screwed up the post

Huge amount of spring mix and a pound of turkey breast with a light sprinkling of vinegar!

 No.27367

Grapefruit isn't special; if you don't like it you could just drink vegetable juices or fruit juice blends with grapefruit in them.

>>27289

Milk + grapefruit will result in something that smells funky. How much this bothers the drinker will vary.

Why mix the grapefruit juice when you can make something in less than 10 minutes to go with it?

>acquire 1 egg, some vanilla extract, some cinnamon, milk, and slices of bread

>Beat the egg, a teaspoon of the vanilla, and a teaspoon of the cinnamon in shallow dish

>stir this with a bit of milk.

>dip the bread in the mixture, turning it on both sides so it's covered evenly

>cook the bread slices on lightly greased nonstick skillet or such on medium heat until both sides are a nice golden brown

Now you can enjoy your grapefruit with some delicious French Toast!

Pizza is a very nice food.

I couldn't agree more, friend. Especially pizza with whole black olives on it. Mmm, I love it. To quote famous bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger:

"I'm getting the feeling of cumming."

 No.27440

If I'm being honest, I've never enjoyed olives, anchovies, fruits, and/or vegetables on my pizza. I always go extra cheese and/or 3-4 meat.

Just feel that cholesterol coming on every time.

Would it be safe for a mouse to eat pizza? I know some animals have certain issues with foods/spices/seasonings.

 No.27530

>>27481

I've seen Canadian squirrels eat pizza and they were fine. Mouse is the same family so it should be ok.

>>27281

mix it with other fruit juices. Then mix that with rum or vodka. Drink it and smile at the ceiling.

I wish you could of gotten a picture of that, it sounds very cute.

I feel kind of silly because I couldn't tell what you were describing until you said it was French toast

 No.27600

1/4 of egg just fell in a hole behind sink in kitchen, without the eggshell. I can't get it out because the sink stuff is build into the wall. Do I just leave it be? Is it going to get bad and smell bad forever?
