I would like to try some Korean food out, but there are no Korean restaurants around, so it's up to me, the worst cook in the world!

about.com has a whole section devoted entirely to Korean food of all sorts.:)
http://koreanfood.about.com/od/quickandeasy/I have personally made the Korean Rolled Egg Omelet, but nothing else on that list because I am lazy as fuck.
http://koreanfood.about.com/od/sidedishesbanchan/r/Gaeranmari.htmMine didn't exactly turn out like the picture, but then again, when does that ever happen? It still tasted good because really, it's just a slightly changed omelet that I am sure you have had before. It looks cool at least.

I've made 미역국 (seaweed soup) and it's really good. I definitely recommend it, it's easy to make and it's a traditional dish.
I had never cooked or eaten seaweed before, but thinking of it as noodles helped get over the strange texture. Now I like it

>>112>>139Thanks guys. I have never even had seaweed before period. I'm not a seafood kind of person, but I will give it a shot.
