Well, uh, it's not the worst music I have ever heard. So that's a plus, right? Better than Bieber's music. It is so otherworldly and it gives off a really old fashioned vibe to me. But, I guess that's Best Korea for you. I give it 1 vacant Pyongyang hotel out of 5.

I've liked pretty much all of it that I've heard from clicking around on Youtube in the past, but without being able to read/write Korean very well it's hard to follow :( Are there even any steady music groups in North Korea? Besides like, symphonies?

Yeah, actually.

The DRPK takes heavy influence from the Red Army Choir of Soviet Era communism. As a result, it's extremely powerful in a way that transcends language barriers. The most iconic DRPK song is "No Motherland Without You" and it remains one of my favorites.
