Dead right now, yes, but I don't think that is really a problem. The vast majority of user created boards are dead. This board hasn't even been around for a week. Also, I am pretty sure this board is mostly for people interested in Korea, not for Koreans themselves. As you said, Koreans already have their own image board sites.

This board was only created 3 or 4 days ago. How about instead of talking about how dead a new board is on a site that is still in its infancy (8chan), you guys help get the word out about the board so that people know it exists. Doom and gloom after only a few days when most people who would be interested in it don't even know it exists is not helpful…
