I don't think I would ever want to live in S. Korea but that is very interesting. Asian countries seem to have fast internet.

Even if it's true that most Koreans want to learn English, the fact is that most of them can barely speak it. Being able to get by in Seoul is far different than actually integrating into Korean society.
