Slight change of plans regarding what I've been doing lately. I might be buying 80 acres in Nevada for /k/ related endeavors.

We'll how this plays out. Updates will come as events unfold.

If you're considering Nevada, seriously consider where you'll get water from. That's really more of a blanket statement, than specific to Nevada.

Access to utilities > all for permanent habitation, which I assume is the end goal. Keep us posted.
