They started handing out range bans more freely now, or maybe it's just that there are so few posters in my area they're completely fine with removing a pool of IPs.

Also /hr/ kpg and /snsd/ autosage much sooner now, threads that used to last over a week now 404 in 2 days.

Someone is abusing their power. I contacted moot twice [once last thursday or friday, once tonight] but I doubt anything will change.
