It sucks there isn't more korean scifi.
Seoul is the tiny center of the universe for all the characters in k-drama. Scifi and the cosmos… Planetary stories are just too incomprehensibly vast for koreans.

Well we are seeing Korea pop up in scifi in general. For instance the film Moon bad guy was a SK company. "Neo Seoul" was a major storyline in Cloud Atlas. I believe SK is a location in Avengers 2. Of course these aren't really Korean-made movies, but maybe they will inspire some Korean-made media in the future.
