Sixth time's the charm…
So I've been wanting to visit Korea for awhile now and am looking at taking a trip there next year (spring or summer) and I'm looking for ideas on things to do / places to visit. Someone on halfchan's kpg mentioned Gyeongju (pic related) because a friend and I both like to visit nature / historical places. Hongdae also seems like a good place to check out, especially since it is in Seoul.
Other things my travel companions and I are interested in:
>vidya and esports
>architecture and skyscrapers, urban exploring
>craft brew and quality booze
>military-related things might be an option since half of us have been or are currently in the military (US)
>exotic foods (inb4 doge)
>and seeing my waifu of course
