Too buff/manly looking. I don't think of Postal Dude as a tough guy but as a wimpier white trash kind of dude that went postal one day. I feel like the face should be thinner too.

I was super hyped for it, LOVED postal 2, it was a staple of my teen years.

then postal 3 got leaked but it was some kind of weird russian version or something and thats all i heard of it.

It's been posted several times, but fuck if I'm looking for the posts.

So basically they outsourced it to Akella, with whom they've had a decent relationship. But then Russian economics happened. So Akella dropped the developement of to the B-team and released it early and unfinished hoping to make a quick buck.
To this day they hold on to the source code, so RWS can't fix it, and the best they can do is try to make an unofficial mod.

I believe that's pretty much the explanation.

I don't mind the duster so much, in fact I think it's fitting given the game takes place in Arizona, but his face, they made him look kinda like a douche. And they should have kept his old voice too, not given him the gruff, cool tough guy voice. The Postal Dude sounded way more charismatic in the second game.

Basically, keep the brown duster but lose the douchey looking face and tough guy voice.
