According to RWS' twitter feed, they're working on a brand new IP.

What I want to know is, are we still gonna be stuck in the same engine, is it still gonna be an equally controversial game like the Postal series, and what would the genre even be?

But that's just me, what would you guy like to see? Something like Postal, or something so radically different, maybe arcade like?

It's going to be a walking simulator about life in a small town in Arizona. Throughout the game you will encounter a variety of charming characters who you will have deep and meaningful conversations with about life in the town and the player will be encouraged to ponder the beauty of life.

Then finally in the ending you meet one last stranger who asks you: "Would you like to sign my petioion?"
