Lolis are typically short, youthful, and slender. There can be some exception to this, but only to a degree.
Legal lolis are adult lolis that don't look old. They could be Christmas cakes (over 25) if you wanted. Some can even be mothers with kids in their teens/adult age. Mythical lolis can be hundreds or thousands of years old. No example since you can't normally tell the difference on sight.
Oppai loli is slender loli with love pillows tacked on. She has small hips, so she isn't considered stacked.
Lolis can have hips, but they cannot have oppai too.
Chubby loli is certainly not a slender loli, but is built in a way that wouldn't be considered stacked.
The only possible tall lolis are giantess and probably some monstergirl types. I don't have any examples of this because I don't like giantess and I don't have any pics of an appropriate monstergirl species.
Tits + hips = shortstack; and lolis cannot be shortstack because shortstacks are developed women that are just short.
Lolis cannot look old. Developed girls aren't lolis even if they're actually in their single digits/teens.
